Sony decided its time to unveil to the world a
gold-plated Walkman that cost about $3,200,
Yes!! The new MDR-Z1R headphones, TA-ZH1 ES
headphone amp, and NW WM1Z Walkman is as
expensive as buying a golden medal lol..

The Sony NW-WM1Z Walkman is a portable gold-
plated media player with support for high-
resolution audio playback, and can run for as long
as 30 solid straight hours of battery life,
complimented with about 256GB of storage.

Just as stated above, Sony want to believe that
people would actually spend a huge $3,200 on the
NW-WM1Z Walkman considering the body is
coated in gold, well how that's going to work out
is absolutely not up to us.
The Sony NW WM1Z Walkman is said to
measures 4.9″ x 2.9″ x 0.8″ and weighs about a
pound, interestingly the company unveiled the
Walkman in two variant, one in gold-coated while
the other in an aluminum ( NW-WM1A Walkman )
body design.
Sony NW-WM1A Walkman however cost a little
less than former, and is said to come with 128GB
of storage, weighing about 9.4 ounces and priced
at $1,200.
Both the gold coated and the aluminum design
supports lossless FLAC audio files at up to 32-
bit/384 KHz resolutions, as well as DSD and MP3
audio. also featuring a physical buttons on the
side of the case for media controls which can be
used to skip tracks or pause playback.
Well both Walkman has a headphone jack right on
top, while it also supports Bluetooth headphones
and speakers, over to you to decide what to do
with your $3,200 but in case you have one you
